Joshua

Hello! My name is Joshua S. Boswell; my parents (Joshua T. Boswell and Margie Boswell) built this website and I am the second of their ten children. I am 14 years old and 5 feet 9 inches tall. I love to be with my family as do we all, which is one of the biggest reasons why our family is so awesome.

Some things I like to do are things like playing sports, going on trips, reading, playing piano, writing, spending family time, working on scouts and many other things. I consider myself pretty athletic and love to run (though only a few other family members enjoy it). Our family goes on lots of trips, and we recently just got back from a trip through historic Nauvoo and all over the east coast, seeing the National Archives, Washington Monument and lots of other places. Some books I’ve read recently are: The Lost Prince, How to Win Friends and Influence People, and many other great book

I’ve played piano since I was 9 which I used to really detest, but now I have recently picked it up again and love it. I get sheet music online a lot and some of the sites that have great songs on them are: 1. http://sebastianwolff.info/ and 2. http://alexsheen.wordpress.com/httyd/. I have tried to write a book several times and gotten pretty far on some of them but I have stopped recently due to priorities. Almost everything I do is spending family time and I enjoy every minute of it. In scouting I am working on the last few merit badges to finish my Eagle and I should get that before the end of the year.

Our whole family is homeschooled and I love it. We can study as we chose and don’t have the problems at school like most people. Our family is LDS and Dad is the bishop of our ward. We live in Missouri but used to live in Utah, Montana, Washington, and Arizona; so we’ve lived all over the place. So that’s a little bit about me and will be updated on a regular basis so you can be sure and not miss out on any cool stuff I’m doing. Hope you enjoyed! Thanks for stopping by!

Hi Joshua,

I’m a mom of 4 kids. We’re also LDS. My kids play the piano too. They go through stages where they love it and sometimes… not so much. :) Thank you for the sheet music sites! My 9-year-old will love checking them out. Thanks for sharing your story.

Kari

P.S. I met your mom and dad and saw your family at the recent AWAI bootcamp. You guys ARE awesome!
